Our design staff works with the newest and most up-to-date solid modeling CAD (Computer Aided Design) software on the market today. All design work is done in a precise 3-D modeling world, so every product that is fabricated is in full CAD functionality before it hits the production floor. Our equipment is the latest technology, including the high precision laser cutter and brake presses, all helping to eliminate downtime and give you the precision product you are looking for.

In the fast moving world we're in today, we know that fast turnaround is a priority to our customer's network. We stock many different raw materials so we can get the job done and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

We have several state-of-the-art welding stations, for moving volume or for working on different types of products at the same time.

We have a conveyer type batch bake-on powder coating system that can powder coat products and parts of many different shapes and sizes. We have a variety of colors available to meet your needs, and if we don't have the color you need on hand we can get it.

Powder coating consists of a 3-step well maintained process (wash, seal, coat and baking), giving each product a durable rugged finish with a cosmetic look to it.
