American Toolboxes, LLC® Limited Warranty

American Toolboxes, LLC®, 41659 256th Street, Mitchell, South Dakota 57301 (Manufacturer) warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of sale to the original user only.

American Toolboxes, LLC® warrants that the goods were properly manufactured and ready for installation and use at the time of shipment from manufacturer's plant. However, any part of the goods not manufactured by American Toolboxes, LLC® is not warranted for any purpose by American Toolboxes, LLC®, and will be warranted as per manufacturer of the sole part or parts.

The liability of American Toolboxes, LLC® is limited to repairing or replacing the items sold. American Toolboxes, LLC® shall not be liable for consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty. Manufacturer does not warrant against damages incurred in shipping or due to incorrect or improper installation, use or maintenance or modification or alternations made to the merchandise other then those made by American Toolboxes, LLC®.

Any part or parts, which are determined by American Toolboxes, LLC® to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to the authorized dealer as American Toolboxes, LLC® designates, shipping costs prepaid, will be repaired or replaced at American Toolboxes, LLC's® option.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or other person is authorized to assume for American Toolboxes, LLC® any other liability.

Maintaining and caring for your tool box

1. Lubricate hinges and all moving lock parts periodically with light household oils.
2. Check and replace wornout gaskets as needed.
3. If tool box is bolted to vehicle, check and/or tighten all bolts routinely.
4. Read and follow all warning labels.
5. Always load cargo evenly distributed. Never overload tool boxes. If you are unsure of weight capacities please contact American Toolboxes for such recommendations.
