Our Saddle Toolboxes are available in either aluminum or steel with a powder coated finish. They feature top opening lid(s) with pull handle locking systems. Saddle toolboxes can be mounted behind the cab of a pickup truck, and are designed for the professional contractor or serviceperson.

The lids/doors on these saddle toolboxes open with the aid of self-powered gas springs and open full width for better cargo removal. These saddle boxes suspend from the top of the side rails to provide plenty of room underneath for long materials that require the full length of the truck box. A handy tray lock prevents unwanted sliding of the interior tray when driving.

Saddle toolboxes are designed heavy duty by being constructed from heavy steel with fully concealed rain gutters and high quality components.

Standard features for our saddle toolboxes include a full width divided compartment on both sides of the box, a sliding removable tray that slides the full width of the box, and a mounting kit.

Saddle toolboxes are designed to carry miscellaneous tools for home building contractors, electrical contractors, landscaping contractors or even surveying contractors. They can also be used for cargo like hitch balls, wood blocks, safety chains, light hookup connectors, lift jacks, box wrenches, crowbars, cargo tie-down gear and even your travelling bags.

Saddle toolboxes can be used separately or in combination with our high capacity side mount toolboxes.
