Designed to store chains in a hanging, always visual position, we can add shelving in any configuration you want to store miscellaneous items like tarp-straps, bolts, pins, even your hand tools so they are always there with you, even when the trailer is unhooked and you are downtown with the tractor only. It is also the perfect place to store nylon ratchet tie down straps so they stay clean and dry. Constructed with high strength marine grade aluminum and fully seam welded, all corners are gusseted for added strength and durability. Our Frame Boxes were developed specifically to meet the needs of our customers who asked for a box that would store miscellaneous items without having to do a lot of organizing. This box can be mounted on top or side of truck frame, on trailers, boats, the back of a pickup ... there's just no end to the possibilities. It can even turn into a lockable headache rack tray. An optional tray kit can be added to better organize small tools and other items. The tray slides the full length of the box. The tray comes standard 3" high but its length can be customized to your requirements. These boxes come in aluminum or steel. The aluminum boxes are available in all smooth finish aluminum, an all diamond tread bright aluminum, or with a smooth finish aluminum body and a diamond tread bright aluminum lid. Steel boxes are powder coated for durability and assured long lasting good looks, and are available in gloss black or white.
